Captive Mates - Violet Joicey-Cowen

Hi, everyone.

Thank you, Hennessee, for having me as a guest here today to celebrate the release of my book, Captive Mates. It is the fifth book in my Whithowe Forest Pack series and it came out on the 6th July over at Bookstrand.

To enter the giveaway, find the word of the day in this post, then head over to my blog (links below). At the bottom of the Captive Mates Blog Tour post there is a Rafflecopter link in blue, click on that and it will tell you all the ways to enter (some of which can be done daily).

The questions below might seem a bit random, and that’s because most of them are! They came from a huge list of questions I couldn’t decide between, so asked for numbers from my Facebook friends. Lol, it was as good a way as any to decide which ones to use J.
Now, on with the questions!

  1. Have you ever got sweet revenge on someone?
No, but I have seen karma in action! An ex of mine kept refusing to come pick his stuff up. Eventually I got sick of asking and bagged it all up and left it outside my house. It stayed there for weeks until it finally disappeared. I sent a text thanking him for finally getting around to it, only it hadn’t been him. There had been a charity van doing the rounds and thought I had left it out for collection. After laughing myself sick I called them and explained the mistake (it hadn’t been kerbside, but next to my house, with my driveway and gate between where it was left and where they should have collected from). They brought it back and he collected it the next day.

  1. : Have you ever cheated on a test?

  1. : Do you prefer shopping on the high street or online?
Depends what I am shopping for I guess. I prefer shopping on the high street for clothes as I want to try them on before I buy and don’t want the hassle of having to send them back and making sure my money is refunded if they are not right.

  1. : Are you a bad loser?
In a competition? I play pool a lot and don’t really mind losing, but I do hate it when my opponent is all smug and arrogant about winning. I actually prefer to lose than win if the other person potted the black then the white went down too. But an argument? When I know I’m right? (Doesn’t everyone think that when they are having an argument?) Ooooh, I hate losing an argument!

  1. : Have you ever entered a talent contest?

  1. : Do you dislike hairy people?
I have nothing against anyone, regardless of quantity of hair, lol.

  1. : What’s the farthest you’ve ever been on holiday?
Australia. As I live in the UK, that’s pretty far! I went on holiday there to visit family over Christmas and New Year when I was eighteen. Out turkey was cooked on a barbeque and i went for a walk on the beach half an hour after the New Year. There were some people having a bonfire a ways down the beach but apart from that I was alone. The stars were bright and I was perfectly warm in a strappy top and shorts. It was heaven.

  1. : Are you a gossip?
I like to keep up on everyone’s news, but I don’t talk about them behind their backs or gossip about people I don’t know.

9.               : What’s the word of the day?

1        10.   : Lastly, tell us something that didn’t make it into the book.

The lion-shifter brothers, Solomon, Isaac, Noah, and Joseph, have rather complicated genetic histories. Isaac’s great-great-great-grandfather, Tollak Andersen, was born in Norway, near Stockholm and was a lynx-shifter. When he met a lion-shifter from Africa, the man held traces of a scent he knew was his mate, though it wasn’t the man himself. He left his home and travelled with the man around much of Europe before returning with the man to Africa and meeting the man’s youngest sister (also a lion-shifter), who was his mate. Despite being accepted by his mate and her brother, the woman’s parents were not as accepting of Tollak as a mate for their daughter because he wasn’t a lion-shifter. They didn’t want their bloodline “polluting”. The rest of the pride wasn’t either, so Tollak and his mate, along with her brother, left and ended up settling in Scotland. Tollak changed his surname from Andersen to the more British Anderson and his brother in law took the name, also. The lion-shifter genes from their great-great-great-grandmother and the blond, Nordic looks of her mate have stayed strong and true even though they have since only mated wildcat-shifters native to Scotland. The brothers had to be even more careful growing up and shifting in the UK than most shifters as their animals are neither native to the UK, nor can they be mistaken for anything else, unlike a wolf which could be taken for a dog. Generations after Tollak and his mate joined the pride, it was roughly a third lion-shifters, two thirds wildcat-shifters.

When lion-shifter Isaac Anderson goes to help panther-shifters Ari Jones and Keiron Haller, not only does he get captured and imprisoned alongside them, but he also finds out something he never expected—he’s their third mate.

Keiron’s under pressure to mate elsewhere, Ari’s being beaten to force Keiron’s hand, and Isaac feels like he is floundering. The three unclaimed mates need to hold on long enough for rescue, in the form of Isaac’s pack, to arrive.

Even after they escape, danger follows and they have to fight to hold onto each other through that, memories of past trauma, and the effects of Keiron’s mysterious origins.
The three long to be free so they can settle down and live their lives together but will they get the chance, or will they always be captives? Will there always be something around the corner for them to fear?

Ari was woken by the sounds of a fight in the corridor. He recognised by now the sounds of fists hitting flesh with too much ease. Whoever was under attack sounded like he was giving back as good as he was getting. Ari turned a little and leaned up on his right elbow. He could hear more than a couple of people were involved in the scuffle, and grunts from several as they fought. Scents began to filter through the cracks around the door to him.

Mate! No, that’s not possible. Keiron is my mate and that isn’t him. The scent of whoever was out in the corridor was making his cat growling and lashing its tail inside him, urging him to go to them, to bite, to claim, and to defend. Someone was thrown against the door of his room and Ari jerked upright, ignoring the pains in his shoulder and the rest of his body. Then the fight stopped. Or at least whoever it was stopped fighting back, suddenly passive. A few more dull thuds and grunts sounded, and then a key slid into the door lock and turned. The three bolts were shot back and the door flung open. A man stumbled through, helped on his way by a hefty shove from one of the men now crowding into the doorway.

“Hey look, Ari, you have company!” They all laughed uproariously.

What’s funny about that? Ari thought, staring at the blond man who had fallen in a heap on the floor, trying not to look too interested in case they decided to put them in separate rooms. He couldn’t hold back a growl when Aaron swung his foot back and booted the man in the ribs. He silenced himself quickly and kept his gaze away from Aaron so the beta would not see the rage simmering there.

The blond on the floor stiffened and his head snapped up toward Ari, eyes wide and nostrils dilated. Ari felt a moment of panic that the guy would give something away to Aaron or one of the others. He realised this must have been the way Keiron felt all those months ago when he had laid eyes on Ari from his vantage point atop the building, a burning desire to go to him, but fear and worry about the consequences. The man lowered his head again and Ari breathed out slowly.

Aaron and his cronies left, closing the door and locking it behind them. The blond opened his mouth to speak, but Ari quickly held up a hand to keep him quiet for a few more moments. As soon as he could no longer hear footsteps moving away, he relaxed.

“Are you hurt badly?” he asked.

“Only my pride,” the man replied, with a rather pained grin. He winced, holding an arm to his ribs as he clambered to his feet. “I’m Isaac. You’re Ari?” At Ari’s nod, Isaac gave a dark laugh. “Of course you are. Well, I was supposed to be here to rescue you.” Isaac had an accent.

“Huh? How did you even know I was here? Are you English?”

“Yes, I am. It was Keiron. He got a message out to a member of my pack.” Ari had no idea how Keiron had managed that, but he hoped his mate was safe and hadn’t gotten caught doing something stupid.   Isaac was sniffing the air with a frown.

“Um, don’t take this the wrong way, but…are you my mate? Keiron said you were his mate in his message, but the way you smell… God, my lion is going nuts.”

“My panther, too. Keiron is my mate. I… He must be our mate. I can’t see fate making him and I mates, and you and I mates, without all three of us being mated to each other.” Ari felt weird discussing it like this. It all felt so clinical and rational.

“No wonder my lion has been so restless. He must have been picking up something from you both since I got here. I caught your scent properly when they had me outside in the corridor, stopped fighting back because I wanted in here where they were trying to put me.”

“And now we’re both screwed.” Ari gave him a wry grin. “You might as well come sit down.” He sat up properly and moved over making it obvious he wanted Isaac on the bed with him, not on the one across the room.

“Oh, don’t worry. As long as they don’t do us in in the next few days, my pack’ll come looking. Rescuing people is kind of what they do. I was an idiot to come on my own.” Isaac limped over and lowered himself gingerly to the bed. He sat close, and Ari could feel the warmth his body gave off. He could feel his blood heading toward his groin. Hmmm… maybe getting him to sit next to me was a bad idea. I mean, God knows he smells amazing, but we can’t do anything. Not without Keiron knowing. That would feel like betraying him. But, hell! I don’t know if I can stop myself from touching this guy.

“So why did you?” Focus. Must focus on the conversation.

Isaac shifted, next to him, then again. Ari looked down at where their arms were barely touching, his own brown skin against the pale, creaminess of Isaac’s. Looks good. Smells good. I’m so fucked. Then Isaac rose to his feet again and moved away from the bed. He hobbled over to the other cot and sat back down, looking at Ari dryly. “Sorry, no way I can concentrate if I sit next to you. All I want to do is push you back, rip your clothes off, and lick you from one end to the other.”

Thank you again for having me here,

Gay for Pay Blog Tour - TM Smith

Gay for Pay

An All Cocks story

Christopher Allan Roberts thought he had a promising future; Captain of the football team with the promise of a scholarship to play for Alabama. His high school sweetheart and best friend for as long as he could remember, Amanda, by his side, and the love and support of his family. One night, one mistake changed everything. Chris moves to New York, adrift and alone. A walk one night brings him to the flashing lights, loud music and thrumming bodies at club Berlin. A flyer in the men’s room promises fame and fortune for anyone willing to go on camera and have sex, with another man. Money is money, and how hard could it be, right?

Christopher Allan Roberts becomes Kris Alen, All Cocks newest addition, a gay for pay porn star.

Lincoln Carter is honest with everyone in his life, including his family, about who he is and about his sexual preferences. Linc Larson, the openly bi-sexual gay porn star will do anything with anyone, which pretty much writes his ticket in a versatility charged industry. It’s not his sexuality that interferes with his personal life; it’s his inability to trust.

What Linc wants right now, more than anything, is the chance to do a scene with All Cocks newest acquisition, Kris Alen. Six foot two with Auburn hair, an exquisitely toned and inked up body, Kris Alen is sex personified. Linc doesn’t know if it’s the “I want the shiny new toy” aspect that calls to him, or the distant and wounded expression that haunts Kris’s eyes.

Linc figures out early on that Kris is only working the gay for pay angle that All Cocks brings to his bank account. Can a bi-sexual man with trust issues break down the barriers that Kris has built around himself and help Christopher overcome the painful past he is running from.

Gay for Pay is a gay for you story about two men that will have to come to terms with the mistakes they made in their past, if they want to stick around and have a chance at a future.

Thinking Out Loud

I have been plagued recently with an over-active thinking mind. This, in turn, is getting in the way of my creative side. I'm not sure if I'm just an ass or just grew up in a different time. I came from a generation that respected their elders. I came from a family that just struggled to get by with integrity and honesty. Never do I remember my family teaching me to hate others because they were different. Not once do I remember hearing the type of bullshit in the media that I see today. Then again, we didn't have the internet, most times, we couldn't even afford to have a phone.

I have entered a time where someone else wants to tell me what I should and shouldn't see. How I should and shouldn't feel.

I had older brothers, and they watched, religiously I might add, The Dukes of Hazzard. Funny thing about these 'good ol' boys', I don't recall the show ever spreading hate, discontent, or even encouraging as much. I do remember them fighting against the oppressive local law, that was determined to do them in, but I don't remember them doing anything but good for other people. They cared about family and friends, people they didn't even know. But they had a Confederate flag on the car! Different times people. If you view it as racist, fine, that's your right. I have a ten year old that is upset that she can't watch the show on TV Land. I'll tell ya what, I'd much rather her watch The Dukes of Hazzard than any of the crap on TV today. In that show, family matter, friends mattered, honesty mattered. I can't recall a single episode that even spouted one racial slur, and believe me, I've watched most all of them.

My gripe about all this is simple...if you don't like it, don't watch it. Furthermore, if anything bothers you, don't watch it or do it. I sort of thought the Forth of July meant something. I thought the word, FREEDOM, meant something. Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom to live as we see fit. Ummm, somebody missed the memo. This isn't about the damn Confederate flag, because it is irrelevant. My beef is deeper and goes way beyond it. The simple fact...we are being told what we can't and can't watch, what we can and can't do, what can and can't say. WTF?

I am not proud of this county's heritage involving slavery. Of all the things that disgust me the most, enslaving people chills me to the bone. It makes me sick. I've read tales that will make you cry in the Slave Narratives the WPA published years ago. If you haven't read them, I suggest do so. People are people no matter their race or religion.

What I'm saying is that the HATE in this county is out of control. I will not and cannot accept responsibility for acts people committed that came before me. Yes, it bothers me, it bothers me a lot, but I can't change it, nobody can. All we can do is go from today and be better people, be good to each other. We need to stop living in the past. WE CAN'T CHANGE IT! Again, all we can do is OVERCOME IT. All of us are just people, trying to make the best of life, raising our families, and wanting to be happy.

This brings me to my next complaint about the world. Let me illustrate. I seriously can't stand WWE wrestling. I'm watching TV and it comes on. Guess what? I turn the damn channel. Just because I don't like, doesn't mean that someone else doesn't. But I really freaking hate it. Should I shout out about it, in hopes that I can spread my hate, hoping that I can sway the feelings of others? Don't other people have the right to watch what they want? This brings me to crap on Facebook with images being reported. To the people responsible for doing this, GROW UP! Apparently, you're an adult. Change the damn channel! Unfollow the person, click, 'I'd rather not see this type of post', yes, you can do that. And who are you anyway? A representative for morals that don't exist anymore? Come on, I was having dinner with my kids the other night and commercial for erectile dysfunction came on. There is more nudity and crap on TV than Facebook. Grow up! You have the freedom to choose who you follow. Use it and stop reporting stuff that others may want to see. Just because it isn't your cup or tea, doesn't mean it isn't for someone else. Stop trying to dictate what others may want to see. It isn't your right to inhibit others.

Oh, there's more. This country is made up of immigrants that stretch back to well, THE MAYFLOWER! Our country is comprised of various races, religions, and sexual orientation. Gay isn't a new phenomena that occurred in the last fifty or so years. People have been gay or indulged in gay sex since the beginning of time, which predates most and all, religions. If you don't want to be gay, DON'T. If you don't like smoking, don't do it. If you hate carnations, don't buy them. Come on!! What gives anyone the right to judge anyone else??? Did I mention I've studied ancient religions for years? Don't pick stuff out of the Bible that you like and try to use it to inhibit another person's happiness. Don't do it.

Matthew 7:1-3King James Version (KJV)
7 Judge not, that ye be not judged.
2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

I do not follow any religion, even though I grew up attending a Free Will Baptist church. This scripture is for those 'holier than thou' and ought to make you consider the hate you are spreading. It isn't YOUR job to judge people. If you follow, like you should, you are to spread love, not hate. Just because you disagree, doesn't give you the right to inhibit another person's happiness. Again, if you don't like it, well, just mind your own business. Likely, the skeletons in your closet are begging to fall out. Unfollow, don't look, mind your own business, grow up!

To all those quitting their jobs where marriage licences are being given. GREAT! Someone else needs a job. And that's what your position is and was, a JOB. Moral compass aside, you were being paid to do a job, if you can't do said job, move on, someone else will happily take it.

To all the pastors out there who claimed and said publicly, I might add, that you would set fire to yourselves if gay marriage was passed. DO IT. I'm waiting. Put your money where your mouth is. Who are you? Why are you 'better' than anyone else in this country granted FREEDOM? If you don't like it, take your flock and bitch about it in your own congregation. I for one, don't want to hear it.

For me, I see the world and our existence in very simple terms. Life is an uphill battle. I don't know a person who hasn't struggled or hoped for a better life. I'm one of them. I grew up poor, but always strived to be better, to do better. All anyone wants, regardless of race, religion, or sexual orientation is to be happy. To find love, in spite of all the bullshit in the world is like winning the lottery. Be respectful to others. It may be your castle crumpling to the ground tomorrow.

All we should be doing, is seeking OUR own happiness, rather than dictating how others should find theirs. That's all I do, seek my own happiness, and try to encourage others to do what makes them happy. I'm struggling though, moving further back in my introverted shell. I don't like what this country is coming to. I despise the hate. I despise negativity. I just like to laugh and have fun. When I leave this world, lack of friends and all, I hope that the one thing people remember about me is that I liked to laugh and make others laugh. I hope to be remembered as a person that treated others equally and without prejudice. How many of you can claim the same?  Why would you want anything else?

Freedom Hop 2015

Welcome to the Freedom Blog Hop 2015. I've joined a fantastic group for this hop.

For those that don't me, haven't ever heard of me, or otherwise, LOL, I'm Hennessee Andrews. I write a little bit of everything because my muse is psychotic and I won't tie myself to just one genre. Boring. Variety is the spice of life, right? My books include straight MF romance, MM gay romance, MFM menage, and now romantic comedy! Funny, I'm still laughing. Yes, I am destined for an asylm someday. I hope the meds are good.

For my giveaway, one winner will win an ebook copy of one of my latest release, Karma for Hire OR A New World Order (winner's choice) along with a $20 Amazon gift card!

Blurb for A New World Order:
The Earth has witnessed to the devastation of the Apocalyptic Wars of 2540 and the following Civil Wars of 2550. Not a city or country had been left untouched by either, with a great many leveled to nothing more than heaps of concrete and twisted steel. In order for humankind to survive and rebuild, a totalitarian government was created, made up of former country leaders, and is called the New World Order (NWO).
While not perfect, the NWO enacted the Populous Reconstruction Act in order to repopulate Earth. Many disagree with the act, especially Keira Alvarado, a lieutenant and pilot for the cause. Under the act, many laws and subsections only further Keira’s plight. Well past her twenty-fifth birthday and unmarried, she is now at the mercy of the law, and any men who decide to make her their own are able to do so without her permission.
When two new pilots to the Southwest Hemisphere arrive, they only further the trouble brewing for Keira. If her personal hell, and status as a single woman isn’t enough to ruin her day, the Patriot Brotherhood, a faction against the NWO, has bigger plans for her life, and the world that is just beginning to overcome the devastation of the past.

Sex, love, lies, and deception mixed with winners and losers. The human condition and desire to overcome drives this new age, and not everyone is happy about it.

Story Excerpt:

At Thadeus’s office, Karma ignored the common courtesy of a knock and barged right in. There was a reason she did so, and damn it all to hell, it didn’t work!

“Ah, good afternoon, my lovely entity,” Thadeus said with a deep tone that vibrated in her ears and lower parts of her anatomy.

Sitting in his chair, Thadeus was Karma’s every wet dream come to life. Shape shifting bastard. Thadeus was known for his ability to morph into any woman’s fantasy. An incubus by creation, and once the head of a domain in Hell, Thadeus was quite a force to be reckoned with.

Karma pointed a manicured finger at him. “Stop doing that. You know that pisses me off.”

Thadeus grinned, all sly like, and leaned back in his chair. Today’s flavor was a bad boy, wearing a sleeveless shirt, tattoos abundant on his shoulders and arms. Worn denim jeans, black leather boots, and a little bit of sexy stubble on his face completed his bad-ass biker look. Bright blue eyes regarded her. They were innocent, yet dangerous, hinting of a wild night in wait, and promising as much with his smug grin. He waved his hands in the air, stretching back, legs spread open with relaxation. “What am I doing?”

Karma internally groaned. How in the world could she rip him a new asshole when he looked so damn enticing, delicious? He knew what he was doing, and this was the way all their meetings started. Thadeus could read her, much like any woman. As her fantasies changed, so too did Thadeus. Just last week she'd tried to catch him before he knew she was coming, only to encounter her previous night’s wet dream.

“Turn off the charm, now,” Karma ordered and wiggled a bit as she sat down. Incubus demons were something else. Not only could they shape-shift, they also emitted a scent or pheromone that made them almost impossible to resist. She knew. She’d been resisting him for centuries.

Thadeus sighed and kicked his thick boots on top of his desk. “You are so not fun at times.”

“You have no idea,” Karma replied and finally felt like she could breathe without wanting to jump in his lap. “Now, the reason I’m here is because of the website. Clients are not reading the terms and conditions of the services before they enter. This needs to stop. Valuable time is being lost because of this.”

Thadeus smiled and tilted his head to the side, studying her for a moment. “Why haven’t the two of us ever gotten together?”

Karma stood up, knowing full well his charm was dazzling not only her eyes, but her libido as well. And that was all an incubus was, dazzle and charm, and not much more. “See to it the website is fixed. Please don’t make me find a just punishment for you.”

Thadeus outstretched his arms, welcoming her to give him all she had. “Baby, you can punish me all you like. Just promise to make me like it.”

Karma crossed her arms and glared. “I don’t make promises, but when I punish you, you won’t like it at all.”

“Okay, okay. I’ll stop.” Thadeus relented and turned off his charm. “You can’t blame an incubus for trying. Have a seat, please.”

Karma exhaled, exasperated by the entity. She herself wasn’t too far from being a demon herself, and she was a damn long shot from being an angel. Karma was an in-between entity. An 'angel with dirty wings' kind of being. “I’m very busy, Thadeus.”

“You know what you need?” he asked with a raised brow and a quirky grin.

“No, but I bet you’re going to tell me.” Everyone had an opinion, yet no one seemed to fully understand the enormous task her position really was.

“You need a vacation. Now the incubus in me screams sex, and yes, you seriously need it, but Karma, you seem restless, agitated lately,” he noted, grinning while wetting his plump lips.

“Could it be because humans can’t love one another?” she asked. If humans spent half their time loving each other rather than hating each other, her job wouldn’t be nearly as difficult.

“It’s more than that,” Thadeus replied. “You really need a break. You deserve one.”

Karma was studying her nails, realizing she was in bad need of a manicure. “While I do enjoy ass-kissing most of the time, today I’m just not in the mood.”

“When was the last time you did something different?” he asked. “I’m being serious. Work, work, work, makes Karma a real bitch… pun intended.” He chuckled at that and leaned farther back in his chair, taking on a more relaxed position.

“Ha, ha. Yes, don’t we all know the jokes?” Karma glanced up at him and rolled her eyes. Nobody had a damn clue.

“You need a hobby, and since you won’t make me your hobby, may I suggest you do something different for a change, or at least something that would make you feel better.”

“I could use a massage,” she noted and rolled her head back and forth, making a mental note to call for an appointment. There were advantages to living in the human realm.

Thadeus’s ears perked up at that and he leaned forward. “I can give you a massage.”

“Uh, no.” A massage from an incubus was just asking for trouble, and a big bed, and a night of hot, unbridled sex.

“Fine, I give.” Thadeus threw his hands up in defeat. “One would think after three millennia of trying I’d get my girl.”

“Every girl is your girl,” Karma emphasized as she walked to the door. “Fix my website.”

Steamy Excerpt:

Thadeus plucked the empty glass from her fingers. “Stress isn’t a good look on you. Let’s dance.”
With a wave of his hand, the jukebox record skipped and an upbeat Latin tune began to play. He tugged her hand, urging her to follow him to the dance floor. Angels and demons cleared the floor, no doubt because Thadeus made them. Such immense power, she chanted inside her mind. Gotta love a powerful demon. An abrupt twirl and Karma spun, smacking up against his chest. Damn, he smelled so wonderful. His hand slid to the small of her back and he swiveled his hips against her.

Oh, hell. The Lambada. The forbidden dance.

The music echoed in her ears as their bodies came together in a sinful display. Thadeus led with confidence, causing her body to move in ways she hadn’t realized she was capable of. His rock hard body pressed against her, hands gliding down her back to her hips, stopping to squeeze and grind his hips against hers.

Their eyes connected. Fierce emotions were communicated, warring with lust and hate, overpowering and intoxicating. He dipped his head down and kissed her neck. His breath was on her neck, their bodies in perfect rhythm, hands seeking to touch. Slowly he turned to look up her, lips dragging up her throat to her chin. Need radiated from the depths of his gaze. Their lips were so close. She wanted to kiss him again, wanted to feel the heat once more, but fear gripped her, because if he kissed her now, she wouldn’t say no… to anything.

Thadeus nipped her chin and smiled so seductively, eyes twinkling with promise. She felt safe and loved in his arms. He held her as if he cherished her, adored her, and she was dangerously close to losing her control. “Need me, Karma. Want me,” he whispered and grazed his lips over hers. “Say the word and I’m yours.”
“Kiss me, Thadeus,” she said, unable to ignore the centuries of emotions for him that kept her up late at night. Her future was uncertain and looking bleaker by the day. If her world as she knew it ended next week, she damn sure wanted to go out with a bang.

Heat enveloped her, starting from her head and trailing down to her toes. Thadeus was using every bit of incubus magic on her and it was the most amazing feeling. Not a part of her body felt untouched. Everywhere zings of pleasure raced across her skin until she was short of breath.

“I want you, Thadeus. I need you,” she whispered and he groaned, twirled her once last time and they poofed out of The Hole.

Dizzy from the abrupt transport, Karma opened her eyes. Thadeus held her, pleased with his choice of location. Her feet were bare, sand pushing up between her toes. He trailed a finger over her bottom lip, leaving a buzz behind. “I have never wanted anything more than I want you at this very moment.”
Karma felt her eyes sting. No one had ever gazed upon her the way Thadeus did and it warmed the cold region of her heart. No emotion, she said to herself. This was about letting go. It was about living her existence to the fullest. It was about giving in to a desire that had raged for centuries.

No regrets.

“Take me, Thadeus. I’m yours.”

Every touch and every kiss resonated in Karma’s soul. Passion and lust, want and desire—her blood flowed at a quickened pace, heart racing, skin tingling. The buzz that raced over her skin was especially delightful, sort of similar to having low voltage electrical probes attached to her pressure points. She hummed, enjoying every region he affected, which seemed to be all of them.

With little effort, Thadeus swept her up in his arms and carried her toward a bed with an amazing backdrop. Waves crashed in, creating a gentle and pleasurable roar. He gently laid her down, placing chaste kisses from her collarbone to her neck. When he reached her ear, he murmured in a dark tone, “Mine.”

His body covered her, his weight a reminder of his size and strength. Breathing became problematic, but who needed to breathe? Every part ignored the lack of oxygen she took in and yearned for more. “Thadeus,” she moaned and clutched his muscled chest, unable to believe how her body responded to him, how he made her feel. “I had no idea.” And by idea, she realized he’d been holding back all these years.

Thadeus chuckled in an arousing tone, sending more desire flooding throughout her system. The sensations pushed her toward orgasm, and all she could do was hold on, and allow her body to give in. A cry of ecstasy combined with the sounds of the waves, words unintelligible, and at that point, not worth speaking.

As her body contracted and released, she offered a contented sigh, realizing they were both still fully clothed. Apprehension caused her to tremble. If Thadeus could take her to such heights with her clothes on, what would happen with them off?

It was then she recalled a demon once saying, “Once you have an incubus, you’ll be ruined for anything else.”
